2. Consultation and Coordination Packages

• Coordination Service: If you require detailed planning and coordination beyond consultation, additional fees may apply based on the scope of work.
3. Full-Service Booking
• If you choose Rome & Lounge to handle your travel bookings, a service charge will be added to the cost of the travel package.
• Payment Terms: Full payment for bookings must be made by the specified deadline to secure reservations.
• Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings become non-refundable after the assigned payment deadline. Refunds or changes are subject to the policies of the travel providers and are not guaranteed by Rome & Lounge.
4. Responsibility and Liability

5. Client Obligations

• Notify Rome & Lounge immediately of any changes or cancellations needed.
6. Payment Method
